Well, I finally finished it! Boy was I glad!! It sure doesn't look like much but just know that I have been working on it for a month and that the CAD drawings alone have accounted for probably half that time! And that's with me being pretty decent at the program! :) Thanks Bri for letting me borrow your last name. ;) We had to invent a client so I figured I will start using family names and yours was first alphabetically! :D Hope you enjoy the new bathroom plans!
This is the flip-up (pop-up) model that we had to have. It has the floor plan and then the wall elevations, or what the wall would look like if you were standing in the room. It is kind of neat and it's a great way to visually explain what the finished room will look like. All the surfaces with a diagonal pattern or a tile pattern would be granite tile and I used about 6 different colored pencils to make it look like the granite sample I have on the board. Then I had to go back over it and draw in the tiles. To say the least, I was glad when I was done!! But it turned out pretty good and I'm happy so I guess that's what is really important.

Way to go Brandi! It looks great! Was that the big assignment due on Thursday that you've been working on? I think it's an "A" for sure! I liked the pop-up model...I could definetely envision the bathroom. Good job!
WOW! I'm very impressed! Now get over here and decorate my poor house! LOL! I have ZERO decorating genes!
Okay Melissa! I'll figure something out for you! ;)
And thanks Brooke! I'll let you know what I get on it when we get our grades back. I guess most of the class didn't finish everything (they aren't dedicated enough to stay up the whole night before like I am :P ) so the instructor won't get the grades back until they finish turning stuff in. Oh well, at least I'm done!! :)
Oh, and I realized that if you zoom in on the screen (the little 100% thing in the bottom right corner of the screen) then you can see the detail in the floor plan and pop up. I really love how it turned out!!
yeah...you can see it much better zoomed in. Man! I wish I had that much cupboard space in my bathroom. That'd be great! After Melissa's--help a sista out! :)
Don't worry, I'll be doing the Hinckley's Kitchen next... :) The next project in class that is!
Yes! We're famous!
Hey, i don't know if that will fit into my current bathroom, so if you want to just add onto the back of the house that would be great! you can send the crew in next week. k? I do love it though. I can't wait to hire you someday when we do have a big bathroom to fix up. :)
